We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and service-oriented Houseperson to support our housekeeping and hotel operations team. In this role, you'll help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of our property, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable stay. What You'll Do

As a Houseperson, you will be an essential part of our hotel's daily operations by:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other public areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and performing general cleaning duties throughout the property.
• Assisting housekeeping team members by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and supplies.
• Responding promptly to guest requests, including delivering extra towels, bedding, and room amenities.
• Organizing storage rooms and ensuring housekeeping supplies are stocked and accessible.
• Assisting with furniture movement, event setup and breakdown, and special hotel projects.
• Performing light maintenance tasks and reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Following all health, safety, and cleanliness standards and procedures.
• Collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to provide an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• The ability to lift, carry, push, and move supplies and equipment as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
