Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies.
- Perform account reconciliations, verifying discrepancies, and resolving billing issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of financial reports and budgets to support management's informed decision-making.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, monitoring for timely payments and collections.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to facilitate and streamline financial processes.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards specific to the hospitality sector.
- Provide assistance during audits by preparing and organizing financial data and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role, with specific experience in the hotel industry preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and hotel financial operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and various departments.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
