As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to join our finance team.

**Position Overview:**
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements. This role involves managing daily accounting operations, implementing effective accounting systems and processes, and providing insightful financial analysis to support management decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, leadership experience, and a passion for driving financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly financial books and records in accordance with established deadlines.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and budgeting/forecasting to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure that the organization meets all audit and tax compliance requirements.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster team development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and facilitate financial awareness across departments.
- Monitor changes in accounting regulations and advise on the impact to the organization.
- Assist in financial modeling and strategic planning initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (experience with [specific software] is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
