Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for hotel maintenance, safety, and operational excellence? We're seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our hotel, ensuring our property remains safe, functional, and welcoming for guests and associates alike.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel maintenance, engineering, facilities, or building maintenance supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety systems, and general building maintenance
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hotel equipment and guest room systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize maintenance requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and workplace safety practices
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate engineering team members
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities as needed

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations throughout the hotel
• Assign, monitor, and assist with preventative maintenance and repair work orders
• Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and hotel equipment are maintained to brand standards
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest service issues
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and company policies
• Coordinate projects and repairs with contractors, vendors, and hotel leadership
• Monitor inventory and order engineering supplies and equipment as needed
• Train, coach, and support engineering team members to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Assist with energy conservation initiatives and cost-control efforts
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and preventative maintenance schedules
