Hyatt Place Melbourne Airport is seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This dual-role position is responsible for providing exceptional dining and beverage service while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality. As a Server/Bartender, you'll play an important role in enhancing the guest experience and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant and bar operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to every guest.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company and state regulations.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Keep the restaurant, bar, and service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create an exceptional guest experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, serving, bartending, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
