Houseperson Overview

The Houseperson plays a key role in supporting the housekeeping team by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, assisting room attendants, and ensuring guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel.

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move supplies and equipment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and guest-service focused

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
• Assist housekeepers by delivering linens, towels, and supplies
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the property
• Respond to housekeeping and guest requests promptly
• Help ensure all hotel areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Support the housekeeping team with daily operational needs
