Maintenance Technician (Hotel Experience)

Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the physical integrity of our hotel. Your expertise will contribute to delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring all equipment functions smoothly and the premises are safe and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections of the hotel premises to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently.
- Conduct repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the inventory of repair supplies and equipment.
- Execute regular preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure the longevity of facilities.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and front desk teams to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and submit reports as required.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous maintenance experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
