Key Responsibilities:
- Lobby Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and maintain all hotel lobby areas, including dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, wiping down furniture and fixtures, cleaning windows and glass doors, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Public Restroom Sanitation: Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all public restrooms by cleaning sinks and toilets, sweeping and mopping floors, replenishing supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper), and removing trash.
- Pool Area Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including replenishing guest supplies, removing all trash, cleaning glass windows and doors, and wiping down tables and all surfaces.
- Fitness Center Cleaning: Ensure the cleanliness of the exercise room by cleaning all mirrors, wiping down exercise equipment, removing trash, vacuuming floors, and cleaning glass doors.
- Guest Room and Laundry Assistance: Assist Room Attendants with cleaning guest rooms and support the laundry department with tasks as needed.
- Administrative and Front Office Cleaning: Perform general cleaning duties in administrative offices and Front Office areas, including removing all trash, vacuuming carpets, and sweeping and mopping non-carpeted floors.
- Associate Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of the Associate break room by dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, wiping down tables and appliances, cleaning windows, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Guest Service: Accommodate guest special requests courteously and efficiently.
- Safety and Security: Adhere to all established safety and security procedures and rules.
- Emergency Preparedness: Be knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures and able to act accordingly.
- Reliability and Attendance: Comply with all attendance rules and maintain regular and reliable work availability
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
