Key Responsibilities: 

- Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using the FOSSE hotel management system.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel services, room features, and local attractions.
- Accurately process transactions such as room charges, cash payments, and credit card transactions.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to respond to guest requests.
- Follow all company safety and security procedures.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role in a hospitality setting preferred.
- Experience with the FOSSE hotel management system is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality qualifications are advantageous.
